We have Rocket Mortgage loan officers as our in house mortgage company from 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.  They provide pre approved and fully approved referrals to our agents which will bring you buyers ( and maybe sellers, too) that will bring you income that you would not receive at most offices.  Also, isn’t it convenient to get your buyers approved by them if you so choose, and to only walk a few feet to ask how the loan application is coming along.
